Terms & Conditions – 2009 Workshops

Included
Lodgings, all breakfasts, 8 dinners, transfers from/to Bordeaux, transportation by private coach, entry fees for included sites. Private & Group Instruction & Critiques.

Payment Schedule
A deposit of $700 will hold your space. Deposits accepted by check or money order. 50% of Balance is due 150 days before Program start date; Final payment is due 90 days before Program start date. Payments of balance may be made by check, money order or credit card (processing fee applies).

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations for all or any part of the trip will not be effective until they are received in writing in the offices of S.F. Seminars. Should you have to cancel, the following terms will apply: reservations are subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee from the time of booking through 150 days prior to departure, 149-91 days prior to departure, $500 per person, payments by credit card, service charge non-refundable, 90 days prior to departure, no refunds will be granted unless the program is sold out and your space is resold. If your space is resold, a $500 cancellation fee applies. Because these cancellations policies must be strictly enforced, we strongly recommend for your protection that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. We also suggest that you review your own insurance policies to determine if you should purchase medical, accident and evacuation insurance.

Responsibilities
S.F. Seminars and our operators act only as agents for the passenger with respect to air and ground transportation and exercise every care possible in doing so. However, we can assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity in connection with the service of any airplane, automobile, motor coach, launch or any other conveyance used in carrying out of this program, or for the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the program. We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, force majeure or other causes beyond our control. All such losses or expenses have to be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. We reserve the right to make such alterations to this published itinerary as may be deemed necessary. In the unlikely event that a workshop instructor is unable to perform his or her duties, S.F. Seminars reserves the right to substitute another instructor for that workshop. The right is reserved to cancel any program prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the program. No refund will be made for the unused portion of any tour. Baggage is carried at owner’s risk entirely. Program price is based on rates in effect in May 2008 and is subject to change without notice to reflect fluctuations in exchange rates, tariffs or fuel charges.

Not Included
International airfare, meals not listed, personal items, items not listed in ‘Included’. Entry fees to optional sites, gratuities to local guides & drivers, accident/sickness trip cancellation & baggage insurance.
